Introducing Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing!

Now, we wouldn’t recommend Googling “DTF” on its own. That’s something different, but with our in-house DTF printer, we are able to grow our already expansive branded clothing offerings even further.

How does Direct-to-Film printing work?

DTF printing is a very literal practice. Our printer takes your digital design and prints it onto a layer of recyclable film. From here, we simply heat cure the film to the fabric… and that’s all it takes.

Although the process sounds simple, our DFT printer utilises state-of-the-art dual-head printing technology. This allows us to produce full-colour transfers, alongside the necessary white inks, in one single pass, creating a stunning print quality on your next clothing order.

Powered by KODAK ink technologies, DTF creates vibrant prints that are designed to stand the test of time, wash after wash.

Unlike other print options, we are no longer limited to the materials we can print on. Whether you’re looking for cotton tees, hi-vis jackets, baseball caps, or sportswear, we’ll make sure your design stands out!

To ensure our printing is responsible, our DTF inks are low-impact and water-based, and all film is recycled after use.

With no screen set-up charges, no colour limitations, no pre-treatment requirements, and no minimum order quantities, DTF printing allows us to create high-quality garments quickly and more affordably than alternative methods.
