From providing hundreds of units for an international sporting competition or a single parasol for a pub garden, we’ve supplied custom-printed parasol canopies and frames to organisations across the globe.

Which promotional parasol works best?

Traditionally, custom parasols are available in four primary models; these include hardwood, aluminium, pub garden style (steel) and cantilever. Hardwood and aluminium are our best sellers and come in a variety of standard stock colours for faster turnaround times.

Whether you’re looking for a circular or square canopy, four or eight panels, an all-over bespoke canopy or just a panel print logo, we can help! With our in-house fabric selection and seamstress, we can create a unique branded parasol that showcases your brand 360°.

So which frame should you choose for your parasol?

• Hardwood is sturdy and can be made from sustainable sources, these are traditional, classic and rustic with an elegant edge. They can require maintenance to keep the wood looking its best and are generally heavier than aluminium; better suited for staying in one location. Ideal for patio spaces, country clubs, hotels and golf resorts.
  
• Aluminium is lightweight, sleek and modern. Easy to move and often come with crank handles and tilt functions making them more versatile for moving around and repositioning. The downside to their weight is that they are less sturdy in strong winds (although we recommend taking down any parasol in wind). Ideal for cafes or restaurants with outdoor spaces, poolsides, and events like markets, tennis events and sporting events.
  
• Cantilever parasols, also known as Banana parasols, have an arm offset to the side. They are great for covering a table without a central pole. They are easily adjustable and cover a wide area, providing fantastic shade space. Some units come with embedded lights, which make them attractive and practical during darker hours. Cantilever units are often more expensive and must be bolted down or have an extremely sturdy base. Ideal for wedding venues, poolside areas, resorts and pubs with large group tables outdoors.
  
• Pub parasols, or garden parasols, are the most budget-friendly options in terms of parasols. They’re smaller and usually made from steel. Some models are fixed in place while others allow tilting. This style of parasol is simple, versatile and looks good in any garden setting. However, they may not offer as much shade and stability as their counterparts. Ideal for pubs and beer gardens, food and street markets or festival events.

Our sublimation printer allows us to print any design across your canopy giving you a large print area to unleash creativity and make an impact. With the additional option to Pantone Match colours, we can ensure your brand colours are accurate and follow your brand guidelines.

Parasol bases

Keep your parasols in place with weighted base options up to 100kg. Whilst we recommend having your parasols supported in a table for optimal longevity, we can also provide bases that allow you to use your printed parasols as standalone units.
