Sophie Busby: Sales & Marketing Executive

From apprentice to a key member of the team

In October 2020, we started our partnership with Milton Keynes College as we welcomed our first-ever apprenticeship scheme employee to our ever-growing team. Working alongside management and marketing, Sophie Busby has exceeded all of our expectations in her role and has been offered a full-time position within our organisation.

With a background in art and illustration, Sophie undertook her apprenticeship to gain insight and knowledge in the world of Marketing. With 18 months of training and studying inside and outside of the workplace, today, Sophie has successfully completed her qualification.

Alongside her college studies, Sophie has gained a TPM qualification from our industry’s professional body (British Promotional Merchandise Association), as well as completing digital marketing courses from Google Garage, and new-business sales training from leading industry professionals. All this, whilst working and studying for her college exams. What a trooper!

As of Monday 28th March, Sophie will become our Sales and Marketing Executive.
