Custom Webstore and Online Merchandise Fulfilment
The Client
Boom Radio is an independent commercial radio station, run by Baby Boomers for Baby Boomers. It is the first radio station in the UK to specifically target this age demographic. Boom Radio received many enquiries from listeners for branded merchandise to promote their love for the radio station.
The contact required an online platform to sell their special promotional pack, as well as somewhere to stock and fulfil all online orders.
Their Brief
Our contact at Boom Radio requested a number of products that should adhere to the following criteria:
- Easy to access online store featuring the Boom Radio promotional pack
- Products must clearly display the Boom Radio logo
- Reproduce their existing car bumper sticker
- A central point of storage and fulfilment for online orders
The Solution
To ensure that the client was satisfied, we supplied Boom Radio with a bespoke mood board that featured visual mock-ups of a mixed range of products that would fit their target audience.
We created a bespoke selling platform that their listeners could visit to purchase the products. Managed by us with our fulfilment services, we monitored the orders, handled the stock and distribution.
As we offer storage and dropshipping options directly from our headquarters, providing Boom Radio with this service was easy to cater to.
The Final Product
From initial concept to delivery, we produced and supplied products and services that fit the clients brief, on budget and on time.
Of the suggested 10 products, 4 were selected including a promotional mug, cotton t-shirts for men and women and a cotton shopper tote bag. Their logo was Pantone matched and printed on each product. All of these items are stocked at our head office, before being shipped across the UK upon ordering.
The web store allows radio listeners to purchase Boom Radio’s promotional merchandise with ease and in a timely manner.
