Their Brief
Our contact at Clue requested a number of products and criteria:
- Provide merchandise suitable for event giveaways
- Provide storage for merchandise allowing call-off distribution
- Products must clearly display the Clue logo where applicable
- Merchandise packs to be made up with specific contents and distributed for events
- Packs distributed to be ‘event ready’ for giveaway ease
- Provide packaging suitable for presentation-style boxes for new employees and customers
The Solution
To ensure that the client was satisfied, we supplied Clue with a variety of merchandise ideas based on their requests. Products were chosen with quality in mind, while sticking to budget and providing optimal space for branding.
Initially, items were sent to their event as individual goods. After further call-off orders, the client requested the possibility of pre-pack sets before dispatch. The client then provided specific contents per event, which were assembled in-house. Products were ordered directly into our warehouse and built into packs upon arrival. We ensured enough time was left for the packs to be constructed and dispatched. Now that we hold bulk stock for Clue, we can distribute these packs in much shorter lead times.
We offer storage and dropshipping options directly from our headquarters, so providing Clue with this service was easy to cater to.
The Final Product
From initial concept to delivery, we produced and supplied products and services that fit the clients brief, on budget and on time.
Depending on the event or occasion required, each pack features a jute bag, water bottle, socks and a notebook. Flyers and paper handouts also feature inside packs when required. The items were branded in single-colour logos, including debossed notebooks.
The client has shared access to product stock levels held in our warehouse which are adjusted after call-outs and restocks.
We further support Clue with printed materials such as posters and brochures for their events, when required.
