Custom Webstore and Online Merchandise Fulfilment


The Client

University College of Estate Management (UCEM) is an independent Higher Education institution who provide courses for people in the real estate development and construction industries throughout the world. Founded in 1919, UCEM were looking to source a wide variety of promotional products, including stationery, gifts, and clothing options that reflected their 100 years of academics.

As UCEM offers ‘distance learning,’ our contact required an online platform to sell their products, as well as somewhere to stock and fulfil all online orders.


Their Brief

Our contact at UCEM requested a number of products that should adhere to the following criteria:

  • Easy to access online store featuring all UCEM products
  • Products must clearly display UCEM logo or messaging
  • A soft toy gift option of their owl mascot, Oswald
  • All products should look and feel of a high-quality
  • Central point of storage and fulfilment for online orders

The Solution

To ensure that the client was satisfied, we supplied UCEM with a bespoke mood board that featured visual mock-ups of a range of products that would fit their criteria that they might not have considered. Some of these products would be produced from scratch to ensure that the client’s needs were met exactly.

Our product design team collated a series of designs for the client’s academic ties, stationery, and drinkware, as well as how they would look on a custom branded online selling platform.

As we offer storage and dropshipping options directly from our head quarters, providing UCEM with this service was easy to cater to.



The Final Product

From initial concept, to delivery, we produced and supplied products and services that fit the clients brief, on budget and on time. Both the plush Oswald Owl and academic ties were entirely unique to UCEM. The products were designed in-house, before being created from scratch.

Of the suggested products, 12 were selected including pin badges, notepads, and promotional mugs that were pantone matched inside and out. All of these items are stocked at our head office, before being shipped across the globe upon ordering.
