Quality assurance at Sycal
At Sycal, we pride ourselves on the quality of both our products and services.
Throughout the process of designing, manufacturing, and distributing promotional merchandise we adhere to a set of quality assurance standards to ensure that our clients’ experience is excellent from start to finish.
- Quality Control Checks: During production, we ensure that our products are being manufactured and/or printed to the expectation of the client. A number of quality control checks are undertaken to ensure the items and print are as expected; this varies from order-to-order depending on the type of product and the printing techniques used. All products are checked for quality and durability before being dispatched.
- Brand Identity: We will ensure that all of our clients’ requested products and documents adhere to their brand identity guidelines before production.
- Graphic Production: All product artwork must be approved by both the client and Sycal before production.
- Text and Copy Production: All written copy must be approved by both the client and Sycal before being printed.
- File Checks: All digital files must be approved by both the client and Sycal. Should a third party be required in the manufacturing process, they too must approve the file before the production process.
- Invoicing: We will endeavour to ensure all invoices are correct at the time of issue, within three days of delivery.
- Contracts: We will be open and clear about our own and our client’s responsibilities in all contact documentation.
- Delivery and Timings: We seek to ensure that all products are delivered within an agreed timeframe. A completed Delivery Note will be sent with all deliveries. Should there be any internal or external issues preventing the order from being delivered on time, our clients would be informed as soon as possible.
